Following graduating from La Trobe University, Prue’s passion for sports and musculoskeletal rehabilitation through Pilates facilitated her decision to join Optimus Health Group and Dynamic Stability in the Private practice setting.

Prue enjoys running, going down to her beach house in Anglesea and watching her football team the Demons finally get a few wins.

Prue began as a sports trainer in 2014 at Melbourne Unicorns Rugby Club, which then lead to being involved with many Melbourne private school junior rugby clubs, and eventually the Melbourne Rebels 7’s juniors.

From this Prue developed a keen interest in sports and ventured to AFL rules where she was appointed head trainer of East Malvern FC and then Old Geelong Grammar School.

Through these experiences Prue found great relevance in Pilates for providing rehabilitation to this population. She completed her polestar training in 2015 and has been treating through Pilates for over a year with sporting and general populations. She has recently completed her Level 1 Sports Physiotherapy qualification and is in the process of becoming a McKenzie’s recognized physiotherapist. Prue is easy going and always happy to help you work towards a physical goal no matter how small or large.
