Christina trained as a physiotherapist in England. After qualifying she worked for a few years at St Thomas’s hospital in London, England, before venturing into Private Clinics.
She moved to Australia in the early 1990s with her husband and continued to enjoy and expand her physiotherapy skills in various settings. She has worked at the TAC Rehabilitation Centre, the Epworth Hospital, the Austin Hospital, and also in Community Health.
Christina has a broad clinical background and more than 30 years experience. She has treated and worked with clients with acute and chronic Musculo-skeletal conditions, complex neurological conditions, and pre and post orthopaedic surgery. Christina has also worked with clients living with chronic pain, and gait and mobility problems.
Christina obtained her Pilates training through APPI before coming onboard with Dynamic Stability. Her recent interest for yoga has also led Christina to embark on a retreat in India. She would love to explore its therapeutic benefits in the near future.
Christina is passionate about good clinical skills and the effectiveness of Pilates to improve strength, spinal alignment and general flexibility at any age or stage of life.
When relaxing Christina enjoys being with her family, the outdoors, hiking and traveling (especially back to her homeland).
