Strength training is known to help all types of athletes improving their performance and reducing injury.
At Dynamic, we work with athletes from all types of sporting disciplines:
AFL, Soccer, Netball, Basketball, Runners, Swimmers, Tri-athletes, Ice hockey, Athletics, Golf, Rowing and Cycling
Mobility exercises will be completed to minimise any risk of injury. As well as preparing the joints with the range of motion required for each lift.

We can arrange team strength testing sessions

Focusing on specific warm-ups, mobility, strength and cool downs
