Activation
Identify the weak and poorly recruiting muscles and design a specific activation program.
Mobility
Mobility exercises will be completed to minimise any risk of injury. As well as preparing the joints with the range of motion required for each lift.
Strength Training
Building strength is about gradual incremental loading. Building the foundations well to allow for maximum gains.
