Certification Courses

Dynamic Stability is Melbourne’s host site and training centre for Polestar Pilates International, for which our Directors, Darren Stojanovic and Lochie Ngo, are amongst the Principal Educators. Polestar offers a range of certifications from short courses, through to a Certificate IV and Diploma in Pilates. The qualifications are recognised throughout more than thirty countries worldwide.

The Polestar courses are open to anyone keen to become a group Pilates instructor, along with other rehabilitation professionals looking to expand their skills within their mode of practice. These include physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors and physicians (sports medicine, orthopaedic, general practice, obstetrics and gynaecology).
