Dynamic Stability Physiotherapy are currently recruiting for the following positions and roles:

April 2023: 2 x Full-time (or Part-time) Physiotherapists with Exercise Rehabilitation / Strength & Conditioning Experience

Dynamic Stability Physiotherapy are seeking two potential Physiotherapists to join our team immediately. Full-time case loads available for immediate start. Established for over 20 years, Dynamic Stability has earned the reputation as Melbourne’s Premier Clinic for Wellness and Injury Rehabilitation. Servicing at two locations (Richmond and Ripponlea), we have a strong network of trusted GPs and Specialists. We are reputable for our passionate client care and services. Dynamic Stability is also the Victorian Headquarters for Polestar® Pilates Australia. We strongly endorse community focus, connecting with local services and wellness programs.

The successful applicants will need to have a passionate interest injury management and rehabilitation, as well as demonstrating a sound knowledge in biomechanical assessment, exercise prescription and manual therapy skills. Prior experience in Exercise Rehabilitation, Clinical Pilates, and/ or Strength & Conditioning will be advantageous. However, a compassionate attitude and willingness to learn will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

· Assess and treat acute injuries, or otherwise manage and triage to other practitioners

· Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation

· Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery

· Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients’ progress

· Record and document patient care services

· Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care

· Assist within service development.

You will be amongst our Principle and Leading Pilates Educators/Mentors, Senior Physiotherapists, Myotherapists & Remedial Therapist, and Exercise Physiologist to guide you in your development as a clinician and as a person. You’ll have the opportunities to further work with specific groups should you wish to specialise. These include elite Australian sport clubs (AFL, Triathlon, & Aust. Cricket), women’s health, pre & post-natal, strength & conditioning, elderly falls & balance, paediatric, neurological and cancer rehab focused clients.

Experienced preferred however, suitable New Graduates with strong manual skills and a drive to progress are also encouraged to apply.
